Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qq3889 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access.
An Account that has not been accessed or used for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. qq3889 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts, which will be deducted from any remaining balance, after providing 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address. Where a balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
qq3889 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all members prior to processing withdrawals and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 6 hours, subject to payment provider processing times and our fraud prevention checks. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience processing times of up to 5 business days. qq3889 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any market, qq3889's decision shall be final and binding.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid price changes and suspension. qq3889 reserves the right to suspend or void any in-play bet where there is evidence that the bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had already occurred, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. Winnings resulting from manifest errors will not be honored.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately.
